1. Overview

we aim to ensure that every student has a positive and valuable experience with our QREDIV® training program. While we offer a digital educational service with immediate access to course materials, we understand that situations may arise that require a refund.

This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds are granted, ensuring fairness and compliance with consumer protection standards, including those required by payment providers such as Stripe.


2. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

  • The refund request is submitted within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase.

  • The user has not accessed or started any module or assessment within the course.

  • The course materials have not been downloaded or viewed in part or in whole.

  • The certificate of completion has not been issued.

If any of the above criteria are not met, a refund cannot be processed.


3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • The student has logged into the course platform and started any module.

  • Any of the module assessments or final assessments have been attempted.

  • The certificate of completion has been generated.

  • The 14-day refund window has expired.

  • The user requests a refund due to failure to complete the course or pass the assessment.


4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, you must:

  1. Email your request to support@getqrediv.com.

  2. Use the subject line: Refund Request – [Your Full Name]

  3. Include the following in your message:

    • Full name used for registration

    • Email address linked to your student account

    • Date of purchase

    • Reason for requesting the refund

We aim to process all eligible refund requests within 5–7 business days.


5. Refund Method

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional days for the refund to appear in your account.


6. Course Access Upon Refund

Once a refund is approved and processed:

  • Your student account will be deactivated, and you will lose access to all course materials and features.

  • Any progress or certificates earned will be voided.


7. Chargebacks

If a customer initiates a chargeback through a bank or credit card company without first contacting us to resolve the issue:

  • We reserve the right to dispute the chargeback with the payment provider.

  • Any resulting investigation may delay your refund or access to future services.


8. Policy Updates

This Refund Policy may be updated periodically. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email or through the Website.
