  • What does the QREDIV® Certification process involve?

     

    The QREDIV® Certification is a fully online, self-paced training program. It includes six structured learning modules, interactive exercises, and a final assessment. Each module focuses on key areas such as emotional intelligence, cultural awareness, and inclusive communication. Upon successful completion, learners receive a certificate with a unique ID that can be independently verified.

  • What are the requirements to pass each assessment?

    Each module includes a short quiz with 10 multiple-choice questions. The final assessment contains 20 questions. A passing score of 80% is required for each quiz and the final exam. Learners are allowed two attempts to pass each assessment.

     

  • What do I need to complete the online course?

    You’ll need:

    • A stable internet connection
    • A device such as a laptop, desktop, or tablet
    • Time to complete all six modules and assessments

    There are no academic prerequisites, and the course is suitable for professionals from all backgrounds.

     

  • My credit card gets rejected. What payment methods are accepted?

    We offer multiple payment options, including credit cards, bank transfers, and company purchase orders. Full payment details will be provided during the registration process. Please note that credit cards issued by countries on the FATF list may not be accepted due to international banking restrictions or sanctions. The payment method which offers the broadest range of eligible countries is Stripe. If you still encounter payment issues, you can use the Cryptomus payment option, which allows payments via USDT or credit card after creating an account. If you are unable to create an account with Cryptomus, it means that you are in a country where Cryptomus is unable to accept payments via a credit card.     Each certificate includes a unique verification ID. Employers can confirm the authenticity of a QREDIV® Certificate by using our online validation tool or by contacting our support team directly for assistance.

  • Can I retake the final assessment if I don’t pass?

     

    Yes. You have two attempts to complete the final assessment with a passing score of 80%. If you do not pass after two tries, you may contact our support team to request additional guidance or review options.

  • Is there a deadline to complete the course?

    No, the course is completely self-paced with no fixed deadline. On average, learners complete the training in 5 to 7 hours of focused study. You’re free to progress at a speed that suits your schedule.
